Autoshift z funkcją Autohotkey

Chciałem grać z funkcją automatycznego przełączania. Oznacza to, że jeśli którykolwiek z klawiszy alfanumerycznych zostanie naciśnięty dłużej niż jakiś czasomierz, automatycznie zostanie zastosowane „shift”.

Wyobrażam sobie, że ktoś już zaimplementował tę lub bardzo podobną funkcjonalność w autohotkey. Jednak jestem całkowicie początkującym z auto-kluczem i mam problemy ze znalezieniem odpowiednich przykładów. Czy ktoś mógłby mi ich wskazać lub udzielić wskazówek, jak zacząć?
