libtool zainstalowany, ale nie po instalacji po instalacji

Próbuję zainstalować libtool. Wygląda na to, że nie jest dostępny nawet po jego zainstalowaniu.

Każda pomoc ceniona.

sudo apt-get install libtool-bin

W moim Ubuntu LTS próbowałem

sudo apt-get install libtool

W katalogu głównym folderu źródłowego

autoconf
autoreconf --install
