Z nowej instalacji 14.04 musiałem zainstalować pakiety python-dev, libffi-dev, libssl-dev, libxml2-dev i libxslt1-dev. Po ich zainstalowaniu pip install scrapydziałało dobrze.

Zainstalowałem złomowanie za pomocą następujących dwóch poleceń:

sudo apt-get install python-dev libffi-dev libssl-dev libxml2-dev libxslt1-dev

sudo apt-get install python-scrapy

sprawdź wersję złomowania przez,
