Apt-Get Update: nie można pobrać; nie można połączyć się z żadnym źródłem

Zdaję sobie sprawę, że istnieją dziesiątki pytań typu „apt-get update: niepowodzenie pobierania” (przeczytałem wszystko, co mogłem znaleźć), ale moja obecna sytuacja jest wyjątkowa dla 12.04 i dotyczy wszystkich źródeł; nie tylko starter. Dodatkowo wypróbowałem kilka różnych serwerów w Europie i Stanach Zjednoczonych, a także „główny serwer” (gdziekolwiek to jest) i wszystkie one dają ten sam rezultat: nie mogę połączyć się z żadnym źródłem oprogramowania.

Ponadto jestem dość pewien, że problem wynika z aktualizacji z 11.10-> 12.04, którą przeprowadziłem dziś rano, ponieważ aktualizacje działały bezpośrednio przedtem.

Aktualizacje z Menedżera aktualizacji działały dobrze i mogłem pobrać niektóre rzeczy (mamrocząc) z Centrum oprogramowania bez incydentów, co sprawia, że ​​myślę, że mogę połączyć się z jakimś podzbiorem serwerów Ubuntu (jednak kilka innych serwerów Ubuntu - jak dodatki - a niektóre serwery kanoniczne są wymienione jako „niezdolne do połączenia”).
