Jak widać powyżej, zamiast nic nie zwracać (ponieważ 10.0.0.255nie jest to prawidłowy adres IP i jest to adres IP mojej sieci), pinguje 10.0.0.5i 10.0.0.154! Dlaczego?

Zauważ, że sprawdziłem hostsplik pod Windows\system32\drivers\etc\ścieżką i jak widzisz, nie ma tam przekierowania:

Wydaje mi się, że to pierwsza odpowiedź, jaką otrzymujesz za każde wysłane żądanie echa. Mimo to wszystkie maszyny odpowiadają, możesz to sprawdzić za pomocą sniffera pakietów takiego jak Wireshark
