Pobrałem wersję JDK ze strony Oracle, plik ma nazwę jdk-6u37-linux-i586.bin
.
Aby zainstalować na Ubuntu, stworzyłem plik wykonywalny i uruchom go:
$ chmod +x jdk-6u37-linux-i586.bin
$ ./jdk-6u37-linux-i586.bin
Spodziewałem się, że zainstaluje JDK, ale otrzymuję to:
