Nie można zainstalować dodatku Business Contact Manager dla programu Outlook 2010

Próbuję zainstalować BCM dla programu Outlook 2010 na kilku komputerach. Proces instalacji wydaje się być nieudany. Wszystkie komputery to Windows 7 x64 z najnowszymi aktualizacjami i Office 2010 Pro z najnowszymi aktualizacjami.

Niektóre komputery mają błąd podczas działania pełnego instalatora BCM: „Business Contact Manager wymaga zainstalowania programu Outlook na komputerze”. Wszystkie komputery PC mają skonfigurowane profile programu Outlook i są używane codziennie bez problemu. Inne programy, takie jak Shoretel, instalowały dodatki bez problemu. Wydaje się, że tylko ten program nie widzi zainstalowanego programu Outlook, a zachowanie nie jest spójne.

Próbowałem odinstalować / zainstalować ponownie za pomocą narzędzia Microsoft Fixit tutaj: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971179

Próbowałem także wyłączyć Kaspersky AV, zainstalować w trybie awaryjnym z nowego profilu użytkownika (lokalnego i z domeny), uruchomić sfc / snannow z cmd i chkdsk, bez powodzenia.

Miałem ten sam problem. W mojej konstelacji problem został wygenerowany przez resztki nowszej wersji próbnej pakietu Office w rejestrze. Po usunięciu następującego klucza rejestru instalacja działa:
