Za każdym razem, gdy próbuję uruchomić klienta programu Menedżer konfiguracji (5.00.8458.1000), pojawia się błąd

Wyłączyłem UAC
Ran C: \ Windows \ SoftwareDistribution \ Download \ Install \ ccmsetup.exe jako administrator i z lokalnego konta administratora
