Porównanie schematów SSDT kończy się niepowodzeniem podczas porównywania mojego projektu DB z moim serwerem Azure

Mam projekt bazy danych SQL, na którym zbudowałem naszą korporacyjną bazę danych. Wdrożono go kilkakrotnie na wewnętrznych serwerach SQL i AWS hostowanych przy użyciu narzędzia porównywania schematów SSDT.

Problem podczas publikowania na serwerze Windows Hosted Win 2012 Server z uruchomionym programem SQL Ent 2012 sp2. Wraca z „Porównanie zakończone. Nie wykryto różnic”.

Wiem, że to źle, ponieważ mogę otworzyć Enterprise Manager i porównać schemat z Projektem SQL i zobaczyć, że jest różnica.

Znalazłem kilka artykułów mówiących o tym, jak wersja 2014 złamała narzędzie, ale były to różnice w wersjach.

Inne rzeczy, które sprawdziłem, to upewnienie się, że moje konto DB ma nieograniczony dostęp. Mogę połączyć się z konsolą zarządzania. Mogę łączyć się z lokalnymi programami.

Ostatnie potwierdzenie, że wystąpił problem:

  1. Utworzyłem SP, który ma pojedynczy zwrot liczby 1.
    1. Mogłoby to zwrócić nic ze względu na testy.
  2. Po utworzeniu dodatku SP uruchomiłem porównywanie schematów we wszystkich moich instancjach i wszystkie z wyjątkiem serwera Azure wykazały wariancję.

Aktualizacja

Sprawdziłem, że jest to wyraźnie związane z serwerem, ponieważ teraz dwóch różnych użytkowników na dwóch różnych komputerach ma ten sam dokładny problem.

TL; DR

Okazuje się, że udało mi się to rozwiązać w naszej sytuacji: upłynął limit czasu z powodu blokowania!

Uruchomiłem śledzenie profilera z filtrem nazwy aplikacji Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools, Schema Compare, aby przechwycić zdarzenia porównania schematu Visual Studio.

Osiągnie określone zapytanie, a następnie zatrzyma się, gdy VS będzie twierdzić, że porównanie zostało zakończone.

Uruchomienie zapytania w SSMS nigdy nie skończyłoby się na szkodliwym serwerze, ale zajęłoby mniej niż sekundę w każdym innym środowisku.

Zacząłem go rozbierać i odkryłem, że problemem są zapytania odczytywane z następujących 3 widoków systemu:

  • sys.server_event_session_actions
  • sys.server_event_session_events
  • sys.server_event_session_fields

Pierwszy z tych widoków systemu zawierał tylko 28 rekordów (znalezionych przez uruchomienie a Count(*)), ale nie zwróciłby danych, chyba że użyłem (NOLOCK)podpowiedzi ... [b] problem z blokowaniem !

Znalezienie szefa łańcucha blokującego było dość łatwe, ale nie było możliwe do przełknięcia, ponieważ była to sesja zdarzeń rozszerzonych. Rozwiązano ten problem tutaj: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/2511963

Ale mam nadzieję, że w twoim przypadku możesz po prostu dobrze zabić głowę łańcucha i przywrócić normalne warunki!


EDYCJA: Mając teraz realne okno konserwacji dla programu SQL Server, którego dotyczy problem, ponowne uruchomienie wyczyściło SPID i teraz porównania znów działają!

Zamykanie Visual Studio, SSMS oraz zatrzymywanie i restartowanie usługi SQL Server za pomocą panelu sterowania usług okiennych działało dla mnie - musiało zabić istniejące sesje powodujące ten problem.
