Ale kiedy kliknąłem link tutaj Pobierz imgcat tutaj , po prostu zabrałem mnie do adresu URL zawierającego skrypt. Ale co mam z tym zrobić? skopiować gdzieś? uruchomić to później?

Wystarczy zainstalować „Shell Integration”, a zostanie on automatycznie zainstalowany.

W menu iTerm2 po prostu kliknij „Zainstaluj integrację powłoki”

Powinieneś zobaczyć wynik wskazujący, że imgcat jest zainstalowany:
